Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SiteBot subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits are consumed as you create chatbots and index content. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
- Service was unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period.
- Accidental purchase made within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been consumed (used for indexing or chatbot creation).
- Subscription periods that have already passed.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@sitebot.online with your account email and transaction details. We will review your request within 5 business days.
6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
